Have it work with Chrome

HAVE IT WORK IN CHROME WITH OUT SHUTTING DOWN CHROME TO ACTIVATE IT INSTEAD OF JUST USING IE & THEN GO BACK TO CHROME

My ideal start up fix would bring up all the things that are starting. Then I would be select the apps to start, or have an option to determine what the app is, as in a google search.
